We’re looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the Technology & Digital area - Salary £20,000 with 1st year OTE £26,000 - £30,000 + with uncapped commission schemes - Based in London City in our office on Moorgate. Trainee Recruitment Consultant The role At Remit Resources we have a solid track record of successfully fulfilling some great recruitment campaigns for a wide range of clients both UK & EU wide. We focus on niche technologies within the Technology and Digital sectors and our clients range from the very large to the very small, and everything in-between. If you have an interest in or track record of recruiting into any of these sectors, this opportunity could be the one for you. Our current focus is to take advantage of our current client base and to develop those pro-actively. Although, in reality, if a consultant we liked has a desire to recruit into and build another sector, we would make that a reality. You will not be micro-managed at Remit although we will train you very well, so the successful candidate will need to have the drive and discipline to operate in a very autonomous environment. Initiative, intuition and intelligence are all pre-requisites to operate successfully in this way. You will be treated as an adult, paid well, and, hopefully, have a great time at work. We’re looking for someone who’s began to build their sales resilience up. * Basic understanding of recruitment - you need to have a base understanding of what recruiters do on a day to day basis - ideally, you’ve worked in recruitment but if not we’ll train the rest with the right character traits * Character traits - a will to win, empathy, listening & relationship building skills, with a solid work ethic. * That’s it!
