Trainee Consultant Role - Central Derby £17,000 - £20,000 + Uncapped commission. What is your job role? As part of your day to day activities you can expect to be; * Actively resourcing candidates for a variety of roles * Working closely with a consultant - developing your knowledge and skills. * Headhunting and generating new candidates through headhunting/social media * Lead gathering for the consultants * Writing job specs and advertising on job boards Sounds basic and mundane? From day one you will be speaking to a variety of clients and candidates building up your own relationships in preparation of developing your own desk and starting your own mini business. Due to the high volume of vacancies we receive you will be busy straight away. We don't believe in a KPI driver environment here at Techsearch, so you won't be targeted on the number of calls you make each week - we much prefer quality of quantity!
