The role We are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants who have an aptitude for sales or customer service. The positions will focus on building relationships with client companies and candidates, involving both face to face and telephone sales. You will be matching candidates to clients' requirements and arranging interviews for professional engineering design and commercial vacancies. About you You will be either a recent graduate (from any university degree course) or a college leaver who has achieved good A level results and is looking to go straight into work and lear a profession. You will be trained to be part of a great team in a high-performing and exciting business. You will also be ambitious, passionate, money-motivated and driven.
