Trainee Recruitment Consultant. £20,000 starting salary + commission + benefits. Established in 2005 SmithCorp has now become the largest privately owned Education Recruitment Specialist in the UK providing temp and perm provision for Further Education, Secondary Schools and Primary Schools UK wide. We are seeking ambitious and hard working individuals to join our office in London. What we offer: Clear career progression. Our business is organically grown. Ongoing training. You'll be assigned a mentor on day 1 - a successful consultant who will support you through you first 6 months. We also have a dedicated in-house training academy and ensure everyone is fully supported and developed throughout their career with us. Ongoing incentives. You will receive a basic salary with a generous, uncapped commission structure. There are also a number of ongoing sales incentives that run throughout the year so individuals who consistently meet and exceed targets will have the opportunity to join our three annual all-expenses paid VIP trips: Skiing, Summer Sun and the big one - Las Vegas as well as a seat at our monthly Lunch Clubs (where you will be wined and dined at a top restaurant). For the big billers, there is a Rolex target and on top of that, there are regular socials. Benefits. Volunteering opportunities.The SmithCorp Charitable Trust focuses on projects at home and abroad with the sole focus on improving lives, opportunities and facilities for those in need. Primarily the Charity assists with the educational needs of remote international communities, funding and building school buildings and facilities in a variety of sites around the world. Our consultants have volunteered on SmithCorp funded projects in Ghana, Vietnam, Costa Rica, Tanzania, Laos, Cambodia & Nepal. This summer we sent 8 consultants to Namibia to help with work improving facilities at a Primary School.
