We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our branch in Stockport. You will be based in a small, busy office, that offers flexibility for the right person. You will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge in the recruitment industry and progress within the company. The role will include sourcing candidates across the health and social care industry and retaining responsibility for ensuring all areas of compliance are met so the candidate can start work asap. You will shadow the an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a view to take over an existing desk, therefore the opportunity to earn bonus quickly. Speaking to clients and candidates, both face to face and on the phone, including greeting them on arrival, is part of the role, therefore good customer service is a must. Part of the role is to ensure we are getting the best from our adverts and social media campaigns, with daily monitoring and posting. The role is varied and challenging but also exciting and always evolving. Essential skills: Ambitious Computer literate, good telephone manner, office experience, excellent customer service skills, organisation, excellent time-keeping, reliability, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment, ability to prioritise, flexible, team player - happy to get involved where and when the branch needs it
