Driver Hire Portsmouth in Hayling Island is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team where determination and hard work is at the heart of how we operate. Your Role You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process (360) from start to finish in your allocated area. THE 360 rECRUITMEnT PROCESS: * Identify clients in your area * Research the potential clients’ company details * Approach potential clients by calling them * Arrange to meet with them * Get the job order and job description * Study the job description and the requirements of the client * Place advertisements * Source for the right candidates * Receive and filter CV’s * Interview/Register candidates * Make a recommendation to the client * Follow up with client * Arrange for the candidate to be placed in a position Key Skills * Previous recruitment/resourcing experience desirable but not essential * Sales/business development desirable but not essential As this is a dynamic role, you will not always be office based and will be visiting clients for sales appointments. Therefore, having a driving licence is essential.
