As a business we operate in strict technological niches. We have 6 divisions ranging from Aerospace & Defence, to Automotive, Life Sciences, Manufacturing & Distribution. After completing your training you would be allocated to one of these teams, however if you’re gagging to place the next top engineer working on McLaren’s 2019 season F1 car, we’ll take that into account. So what will I have to do? In terms of the day to day job itself, you will be speaking to new customers, building relationships and fundamentally finding the right people to help that business grow. When you break it down, it’s pretty simple really, but that doesn’t mean it’s not challenging.
