Title – Trainee Recruitment Talent Consultant Location – Burnley Head Office Basic Salary - £17,500 On Target Earnings – Year 1 - £25,000 ; Year 2 - £35,000+ Job Reference – AJA_INT_1001 Adam James Associates is a recently established recruitment organisation, that have grand plans. You • Must be able to commute to the Burnley office on a daily basis? • Must have a strong desire to succeed, possess a great amount of resilience and energy as well as be extremely organised and proactive. This isn’t a perk; this is a must to us! • Should be equipped with good social skills, where you have no problem making conversation with new people? • Must be a truly honest and professional team player? • Must have some sales experience… but don’t worry if not in recruitment, this is not essential. • Should have a high level of written and verbal English The Job • This is a role where you can make things happen … quickly. It really suits entrepreneurial type individuals who want to make an impact! • This is mainly a telephone-based sales role, which will involve calling clients across the globe (however 80% off calls will be dealing with UK organisations). However, client visits and days out meeting clients will be needed once relationships have been built. • You will create rapport with new people, candidates and clients, gaining trust and consulting with some of the world’s best construction and engineering professionals and organisations. • You will be on a structured training scheme leading eventually to your promotion to Talent Consultant ideally within your first 12 months • The role requires someone who is capable of having high level business conversations with impressive senior managers. You will be comfortable doing so – with the right training and support from us of course! • You will become a sought-after specialist, operating in a highly lucrative industry. The Company • After starting off as a graduate recruitment consultant 5+ years ago, working up to Associate Director and managing a team and branch, the MD has now gone at it alone! • We are looking to rapidly expand over the next 12-18 months as well as have a new 20+ office within the next 2-3 years.
