Trainee Recruitment Consultant £20,000 - £22,000 + Uncapped commission Basingstoke, Hampshire Reassured are looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us on our journey as we grow our operation across the UK. A day in the life of your new role as the Trainee Recruitment Consultant: * You will work hand in hand with the Recruitment Manager and Specialist Recruiter to source the best talent to sourcing the best talent for our vacancies by recruiting through a variety of different databases, jobs boards, social media platforms and more * You will spend a lot of time on your phone, calling candidates to discuss job opportunities, booking appointments and managing the recruitment process. * You will manage your candidates through the recruitment process, finding out what their career aspirations are and placing then into the open vacancies here at Reassured. Skills and Experience * Will have a graduate degree or similar level qualification or 6 months Sales experience * Excellent work ethic * Highly organised and efficient planner * Money motivated - Evident from past employment * You will be resilient and buoyant in your approach to the role * Strong communication skills * Outgoing personality We will offer you career development and progression, company-wide incentives (including the likes of Las Vegas, Bahamas, Miami and more!).
