We are seeking two Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester team. You will enjoy full training on the recruitment industry, specific sectors, sales, negotiation and candidate work. You will be partnered with, and mentored by one of the Directors. Start People recognises and rewards performance through monthly commission, prizes and an annual high achievers trip. Our most recent trip took 8 high achievers to Las Vegas for an 'all-expenses paid' break. The roles will be based in our fantastic offices within the city centre of Manchester with great facilities. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will work in a team environment while being challenged to achieve individual performance targets. Responsibilities include: • Developing new client business through sales • Managing multiple job campaigns. • Developing into a 'sector expert' to your clients, candidates and colleagues. • Devising and executing clear candidate generation and management strategies. • Meeting with candidates and clients to better understand requirements and gain market knowledge. • Telephone and face to face meetings to sell the services of the business. • Using social media platforms, job boards, the website and a marketing budget to build knowledge, reputation and scale. To be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills and experience: • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way • A desire to want to play a core role in significantly scaling our business • Demonstrate tenacity, competitiveness and a commercial edge along with a desire to earn financial rewards • A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually • Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment In return the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will receive a salary of £18,000 - £24,000 per annum in year one, with an OTE of up to £35,000 plus 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, rising to 26 days + Bank holidays
