Yvonne Lewis Ltd is an established social care provider. We specialise in the recruitment of support staff for various vulnerable client groups e.g homelessness, mental health & substance misuse. We are looking for someone, who has strong relationship building skills and can thrive in fast paceed environment with a steep learning curve. Quality verbal and written communication is ESSENTIAL in this role as you will be liaising with various individuals external to our organisation. Previous recruitment experience is not required however previous account management, customer service and sales skills are desirable. Understanding or experience in the social care sector is a bonus. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your key role will be to ensure we attract and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Bringing new business on board and networking will also become part of your role so if you have wider links in this field then it would be a bonus but not essential. We have an out of hours service which all members of the team are required to work on a rota basis (generally 1 week out of 4). This will be discussed if invited to interview.
