Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Recruit a Driver Ltd is a dynamic recruitment business that works in partnership with one of the country’s largest suppliers of construction training. We are recruiting for five ambitious and driven people to join our existing team. A proven record of telesales or recruitment experience would be an attractive quality in the successful candidate. You must be extremely motivated and competitive with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to be a 'people person'. A degree level qualification would be preferred but is not essential. This is a fast paced but friendly office environment, where you will be trained and nurtured along our career path. Initially performing telesales duties your job will be to generate students to attend our training course. You will be dealing with fantastic incoming enquiries that are generated via extensive marketing campaigns. No outbound calls at this point only incoming. Once you have successfully completed your probation period on this area of the business you will move across to the recruitment team where you will be trained to become a recruitment consultant dealing with students, candidates and clients. As a recruitment consultant your job will involve; telesales, customer service, admin, HR and a little bit of counselling... Every day will be different and you will never be bored
