Due to continued success an opportunity has become available for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Transport team in Wolverhampton City Centre. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, it will be your job to support a growing transport desk working on behalf of our West Midlands based clients. This will include CV searching, telephone screening/interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance. Once you have grasped the basics of recruitment you will then be given the opportunity to sell our services to the West Midlands area while being supported by experienced consultants and backed by a national training scheme. Ideally applicants will have some experience in recruitment resourcing or target driven sales but we are open to people that are keen to start a career in recruitment.
