Trainee Recruitment Consultant Programme £ 20,000 per annum* Commission + Bonus + Incentives from Day 1 BMW 1 Series** Interaction is one of the UK’s leading independent recruiters. To equip you for this role we will give you structured training. We will enrol you in to the Interaction Training Academy and give you one-to-one coaching, classroom-based learning and ongoing mentorship. We have one of the best training teams in the recruitment industry. During your first 6 months you will be trained in every aspect of the recruitment role. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented and successful people in the UK recruitment industry. What are we looking for? Ambitious and driven people wanting to earn very good money High-achievers wanting more You may already be working within a sales or service-oriented business If not, you will be comfortable and keen on sales, selling and business development You must possess 2 year+ of good work experience at a good company. Please note that all applicants must hold a current full UK driving license What is the role? Recruitment is a very satisfying and rewarding career where you are helping people to find jobs and businesses to find staff. 50% of Recruitment involves sales, selling and business development and you must be keen on this. We have opportunities to train you in Engineering & Technical recruitment This could be an exciting opportunity for ambitious people. At Interaction your earnings are unlimited and in your first year you should expect to earn £35k - £40k. Once successful, your earnings potential is superb with our high-achievers earning £50k+ per annum and many earning £75k+. For individuals with aspirations to move into leadership, Interaction provides talented individuals the opportunity to quickly achieve promotion to Senior Consultant, Manager, Regional Manager and Director.
