We have five offices spanning across the UK and US in the IT, Digital and Engineering industries, and within your first week you will begin working alongside our successful consultants and learning all there is to know about Recruitment within these markets. Your responsibilities will be: Searching and selecting the best candidates in the market and qualifying them against relevant job roles. Advertising job postings on various platforms including networking, headhunting and screening candidates via the phone and by face to face meetings. Your training will progress as you do by growing into the full 360 lifecycle, this will involve cold-calling, business development and account management. You will then manage the full interview process from start to finish resulting in a placement which will earn you some well-deserved commission. We look for the following attributes: Determination to achieve personal goals whether they are both short and long term. Natural work ethic - somebody that is very eager to work hard to achieve their goals. Articulate and professional telephone manner, somebody that can adjust to any audience and build rapport naturally. A university degree is desirable, otherwise we expect a minimum of 3 years work experience in a sales focused role. What you can expect from Premier Group?
