Job Description

Eco Personnel (UK) Ltd an independent Mansfield based Engineering and Industrial Recruitment Specialist and are looking to expand our market share. We are looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will provide services to our clients relate to permanent, interim and temporary assignments across a number of industry sectors both locally and across the United Kingdom. The individual we are seeking to employ will be given training in recruitment sector, combining a variety of sales techniques to include on-line marketing, telephone sales and client meetings. The key responsibilities of the role are to develop, expand and maintain the company’s client portfolio whilst encouraging long term relationships. Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be expected to develop new ideas in helping to drive the business forward through differentiation. It is also anticipated that the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets will form part of this exciting position.
