Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role: Permanent Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (negotiable for experienced recruiters) Commission: 20% of the monthly billing Quarterly commissions available Realistic OTE: £37.500 in your first year An amazing opportunity has been made available for a dynamic person with Advanced level of English and French, German or Nordic languages. Our client, a well-established and fast-growing Recruitment Agency, with clients all over Europe, is looking to add one more person to its successful team. You will be building relationships with existing and new clients, taking vacancy details as well as sourcing and placing candidates. This is a Monday to Friday role, with working hours between 8.30am and 6 pm The agency promotes a mature environment, working mainly on Executive roles within the IT sector, covering the Nordic and West European countries. The successful candidate will have experience in a B2B sales environment, a good tenure and great communication skills. Experience in Recruitment is not required as full training will be provided; however, it will be an advantage. Successful candidates are required to have full working right in the UK and speak fluent English and German or French. Other considered languages would be Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Dutch.
