Ideal Employment have been established for 21 years are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their Industrial division in West Bromwich. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will: • Liaise with and influence decision makers at all levels. • Sell recruitment services. • Make daily sales calls to prospective clients. • Attend client meetings. • Deal with recruitment interviewing and selection of Industrial and Skilled staff. • Generate new business. You will work under the guidance and supervision of the branch manager who will provide the daily support and mentoring to ensure your personnel development is tracked and support with the Ideal Employments training programme for you to work towards becoming a stand alone Consultant within 12 months. The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant will hold the following skills and experiences: • Previous experience within a Recruitment / Sales role. • Sales focused. • The energy and determination to succeed. • Passionate and dedicated about your future. • Desire to ‘ learn’ and accept guidance. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Well presented with a good sense of humour. Due to the nature of the role you need a full UK Driving licence. The industrial market in the West Midlands area is big and growing and therefore opportunities exist for motivated individuals who can close the sales and are service orientated.
