Trainee Telesales Recruitment Consultants Required ASAP We’re looking for motivated trainee recruitment consultants to join our expanding team. Due to expansion and growth, we are looking for a full time trainee recruitment consultant to join our busy office and run part of our Secondary desk. This is a warm desk with lots of opportunities to grow the business. Your average day will include; * Calling schools in the morning to see what staffing requirements they have * Filling mornings bookings within an efficient time * Sales calls to prospective schools to find out their staffing requirements * Service calls to current and lapsed schools to maintain and gain business * Visiting schools to build good working relationships and understanding of their requirements * Resourcing and recruitment of candidates over the phone and face to face * Working 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday with reduced hours in the school holidays We are a busy office and require someone who is able to work well as a team, self-motivated and eager to become a successful recruitment consultant.
