We are looking to expand our team at the Blackburn branch of Extra Personnel with a trainee Recruitment Consultant. With a view to relocating to North Manchester in the very near future. Your role will involve the full 360 recruitment cycle and will be a fantastic start for any individual with a sales and customer service background looking for a path with ongoing training and support in recruitment. Alternatively you could be an established Recruitment Consultant looking to secure a position within a very successful consultancy. Monday to Friday 40hrs per week with flexibility to the business. KEY DUTIES OF TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Telephone and face to face Sales/ Business Meetings Building relationships with potential clients with a view to securing future supply. Identify suitable Candidates for current and prospective clients. Conduct interviews, prescreening and full reference checking. Use job boards, internet and social media to attract a constant flow of candidates. Proactively promote the services and benefits of Extra Personnel to develop and add value to new and prospective clients. Ensure all clients and workers comply with legislation and health and safety with escalation of concerns to Manager. Maintain quality and ISO procedures in line with Standard OPerating Procedures to ensure effective, positive quality and audit results. Ensure all administrative requirements are satisfied ensuring correct payment and invoicing. SKILLS REQUIRED TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Sales and Customer service in a fast paced environment Ability to communicate at all levels up to director level. Excellent organisational skills and reassess priorities/workload which change frequently.
