Trainee Recruitment Consultant – No experience required, just the right attitude! Responsibilities * Resourcing the perfect candidates for our clients’ needs * Relationship building and communicating with both clients and candidates * Advertising job vacancies * Managing candidates through their interview process(es) * Handling job offers * Most importantly, closing deals! Other responsibilities may include * Account management * Generating your own leads & new business (if wanted) * Negotiating fees/signing terms Requirements * Personable, confident and an outgoing character * Natural drive and determination to succeed * Target and money motivated * Hardworking and efficient * Ability to ‘think outside the box’ * Previous experience within a recruitment position is desirable but is certainly not essential Package * Extremely competitive basic salary * Industry leading commission structure (truly uncapped!) * Excellent quarterly and Christmas team nights out * Team holidays * Weekly incentives * Vouchers * Pension, Private Health Care, Life Assurance, Increasing Holidays etc If you are an outgoing positive character who isn’t afraid of working hard and pushing your boundaries we would love to hear from you
