We are seeking a passionate, positive and ambitious individual to focus on Personal & Executive Assistant temporary recruitment to the charity and not-for-profit sector. Your new role Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic, every day you'll work with candidates and clients, transforming lives and businesses, and making a lasting impact. As a recruitment consultant at Hays you'll run your desk like it's your own business, sourcing candidates, winning clients and matching the right candidate to the right job to make fees. It's hard work as you'll have to hit both sales and activity targets (and we have high expectations here at Hays) but a career in recruitment is extremely rewarding and satisfying, both on a personal and financial perspective.
