Junior Recruitment Consultant £18,000 - £24,000 + commission Coleshill We are looking for a motivated, forward thinking individual to join our team here at TMR Group. This is a full 360 position where you will be responsible for offering a specialist area of recruitment servicing potential new clients as well as managing existing clients. No two days are the same in this business, we are all extremely passionate in what we do but we have lots of giggles along the way! We are results driven, not KPI Driven, so if you want to send 15 CV’s per job, then we are not for you! We pride ourselves on offering our clients a personal consultative service and we need like-minded people to be a part of this! TMR Group are a growing independent recruitment consultancy with three specialist divisions – Sales, Marketing and HR & Business Services. Within the sales division, we recruit for roles ranging from Telesales Executives, through to Business Development Managers through to Sales Directors across a range of industries nationwide. For this role, attitude is more important than previous experience. If you have exposure to Recruitment – great! But we are also interested in candidates with a strong sales background seeking an opportunity to get into recruitment. Full training and support will be given. Sense of humour is a must
