We are currently recruiting for an internal vacancy at our Shrewsbury branch to become part of the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant; the ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills along with the drive and ambition to succeed and progress. Responsibilities; * To commit to learning all aspects of being a fully trained Recruitment Consultant * To be flexible regarding early starts and finishes (hours are 7:00am - 4:30pm or 8:00am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday) * Maintain compliance with any relevant industry codes of practice and quality standards * Occasionally carry out site and / or client visits with your direct manager * Effectively match candidates to the correct jobs (permanent and temporary) * Conduct interviews with candidates * Learn to canvass new business effectively * Manage existing client relationships * Sales; new business and account management * Manage and coordinate all necessary department administration in an efficient manner * Maintain a professional approach The successful candidate will require; * Excellent organisation * Customer service experience * Strong communicator; over the phone and face to face * Good spelling and grammar * Excellent attention to detail Benefits that we are offering; * Uncapped commission; excellent earning potential * Friendly team that works with good humour Commutable from; * Shrewsbury * Telford * Oswestry
