Nicholas Michael are a recruitment consultancy that specialise in the placement of professionals across both the private and public sectors within Construction. Our recruitment service is built around the ethos of working closely with our clients and job seekers in order to find the ideal match. Our office is based in Cambridge, CB2 8BB, with parking at the offices and close proximity to Cambridge Station. We are currently looking to appoint individuals to join our resourcing team and to train to become a recruitment consultant. Sales experience is of benefit but not essential. Applications from dynamic, personable, ambitious individuals will be strongly considered. Also if you have a construction background then that would be hugely beneficial. As a trainee consultant you will be primarily responsible for producing the highest calibre of candidates working closely alongside the Managing Director, learning the role of a recruitment consultant while you do so. This would involve placing adverts, speaking to candidates from our database, responding to enquiries, interviewing candidates and taking references. You will also report to the Managing Director and assist with timesheet chasing, accounts and document compliance within the business. To be considered for a trainee position it is all about your attitude, personality and ambition to excel in a sales environment. Above all, you must possess a strong commercial attitude and be able to demonstrate a driven and ambitious personality that is motivated by success. You must have a clean UK Driver's License. Salary £18,000 - £20,000 per annum with OTE - 1st Year: £26k+ 2nd Year: £37k+, 3rd Year 45k+. Uncapped commissions. Higher earnings can be achieved by exceptional candidates.
