This Role You will start with our intense week long, one to one training induction with our director team, designed to introduce you to the basics of the job and give you all the tools necessary to build a rewarding and successful career. You will use your exceptional communication skills to build your own network of candidates sourced from our extensive database, online job boards and referrals. You will have access to our extensive client network allowing you to quickly build a very lucrative desk. You will be challenged by tough but achievable targets that will push you to perform at the highest level you can. Your role: Identifying and targeting engineering companies to work with across the UK Networking and building relationships with key decision makers Sourcing and interviewing the best engineering talent for your clients Guiding candidates through the process and helping them make defining career moves Meeting clients to develop and strengthen exclusive relationships What we offer: Competitive salary and uncapped commission structure paying up to 30% of your billings Intensive training and continual development from your manager and team.
