Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant looking for their first step into the recruitment industry. You will be joining our fast-growing Primary Team working at our office in South West London. The Supply Room was established in early 2017 by experienced education recruitment consultants and teachers. No previous experience in recruitment is needed as you will be given outstanding training from day one. You will be closely supported by a manager with many years of experience in fast-tracking trainees up to the career ladder. We have a proven track record of enabling trainee consultants to double their salaries within 12 months. What we are looking for... * A can-do, positive mindset and a genuine drive to be successful * Experience working with children/young adults would be desirable but not essential * Previous sales experience would be desirable but not essential * Degree qualified desirable but not essential * Excellent written and spoken English (Essential) * Outstanding organisational skills * A confident phone manner What we offer...
