Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Norwich City Centre Are you passionate about Hospitality? Are you a great communicator? If the answers are yes, then we would love to hear from you…… Prosper Hospitality Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic trainee recruitment consultant to join our expanding team in Norwich. Prosper Hospitality was established in April 2010 and specialises in recruitment for the hospitality sector. Our 500+ clients range from high profile restaurants and hotels to small operators and tourist attractions. Our Head Office is based in Norwich with additional divisions in Suffolk, Essex, Cambridge and London. We supply temporary and permanent recruitment assistance to our clients all over the East Anglia, London and overseas. Substantial growth in 2018/19 has created an opportunity for an enthusiastic trainee to join our Norfolk Division to manage an ever-increasing database of clients and candidates and source new business. Experience in the hospitality sector would be extremely advantageous. This role is would be predominately office based in Norwich City Centre. The keys elements to the role are - * Assessing recruitment requirements of the clients * Interviewing and assessing candidates * Matching candidate skill set to client requirements * Promoting work and assignments to the candidates * Promoting candidates to clients * Maintaining company standards and legal requirements * Attending training * Ability to communicate at all levels, effectively and professionally * Demonstrate professionalism and account management skills * Promoting the company through calling prospective and existing clients * Allocating staff to bookings via an in-house bookings system * Processing weekly timesheets Due to the above requirements of the role a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Email and Excel experience is desired. Training is provided both on site and external providers.
