TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Search Consultancy- Sales and Service Division Manchester City Centre £18,000 - £22,000 (Uncapped commission- average £30,000 in your first year but what's stopping you earn more?!) What the role involves… EVERY DAY IS DIFFERENT Speaking to loads of different people each day whether it be candidates or clients Speaking to people about their job search and matching their requirements and experience to current live vacancies Acting as an account manager for clients and keeping their up to date with the recruitment process, the changing market, role profiling etc. Arranging interviews and placing candidates into your client's job vacancies BASICALLY recruitment is all about making the client's recruitment process easier for them and helping candidates find their dream job The sales and service industry… Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire have loads of companies that have Sales and Customer service functions and they need staff, that's where recruitment consultants step in!
