Job Description

Dove Resourcing is a growing social care recruitment business which helps to facilitate social care staff finding new permanent job opportunities throughout the UK. Predominantly we work with independent residential child care providers to find them staff from residential care worker level through to Senior management. We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking trainee recruitment consultant to join the business and grow within the company. There is a very clear progression route for individuals to progress to recruitment consultant / senior / principle consultant level - all of which are guaranteed upon hitting performance related targets. The traits of the successful applicant will be - * Heavily money orientated with a strong desire to earn uncapped levels of commission. * Self-motivated with an ambition to be the best – continually working to beat and surpass agreed targets. * Excellent communication skills (most of the work Is telephone based) * Confident in speaking with new people including both potential applicants and new clients. * High levels of organisation As a trainee consultant you will be given a comprehensive training programme which will provide you with all of the tools needed to become a successful recruiter. Training will include market specific knowledge, exercises to help develop confidence in speaking with new clients on the phone and elements of sales training. Having an interest in the social care field or knowledge of this sector would be advantageous.
