Trainee Recruitment Consultant £20k - 24k per year + commission 08.30-17.30 Monday-Friday Working within the highest performing team in the company we have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the busy and successful Maintenance recruitment team, working from our office in central London. We have various desks to suit your personality such as trades, admin and white collar, all of which have a great deal of potential. Skilled Careers is one of the UK's leading professional search and recruitment consultancies for Construction and Maintenance on both permanent and contract assignments. We are the effective and trusted link between highly skilled and experienced candidates and the country's most reputable employers in these industries. You will be expected to make large amounts of outbound calls to source candidates and asses their suitability to the available vacancies within the team. There is both group and one to one training available within the team and you will be working alongside a Consultant who will be able to mentor you on a day to day basis. There is a great opportunity to earn some excellent commission and a chance to develop into an Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant and progress in the business. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Skilled Careers you will be required to: * Register and interview new candidates on the telephone and face to face * Update details of existing candidates * Search internal & external computer database for suitable candidates * Match candidates to suitable live vacancies. * Source suitable candidates for live vacancies. * Calling/Creating shortlists of candidates for job vacancies * Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants * Input data onto a bespoke database to track candidate submission * Preparing and issuing documentation * Ad-hoc duties and assistance when required Ideal relevant experience would be: * Telesales * Outbound Call Centre * Telephone Marketing * B2B Marketing/ B2B Sales If you feel this would be a good opportunity for you, please send your CV to (Email Removed)
