Job Title Trainee recruitment consultant and office administrator. The company KIlkern is a leading recruitment and labour hire company in the Civil Engineering and Infrastructure sector. We work in Rail, Water, Highways and Airport sectors. The role We will want you to start off in the office as an Administrator which will include - Answering the phone - Putting new candidates on the recruitment database - Searching for candidates - Helping with general office administration We will then over time and depending on your capabilities and potential train you up as a recruitment consultant. Training available You will receive on the job and also formal training and will have the opportunity to do your formal apprenticeship in recruitment. We have a track record of training people from trainee level into successful recruitment consultants. Location St Albans Attributes and skills required: · Good communication skills and driven to succeed and out deliver results is a key essential in this role. · Good interpersonal skills - Competent IT and administration skills · Good track record of achievements · Willingness to learn · Strong communication skills Salary Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £20,000 basic plus commission We are looking for candidates with high potential who are able to progress within the organisation and if you have the capability there are a lot of options to get promoted and increase your salary and commission
