Trainee Recruitment Consultant Tallion Recruitment are an established and successful recruitment agency with offices in both Uttoxeter and Rotherham. We specialise in recruitment services for the engineering, warehousing and distribution sectors - although we are by no means limited to these industries. Due to an increase in work we are seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic and professional individual who may be looking for a change of direction or someone who has an interest in learning and developing into the recruitment sector. The ideal person will be: * Able to work well within a team * Of smart and professional appearance * Motivated and keen to learn * Have a bright and outgoing personality * Have excellent telephone skills * Excellent in communication skills - both verbally and written * Organised and able to multi task Some of the responsibilities for the successful trainee recruitment consultant will be: * Sitting in on interviews with candidates until confident with interviewing yourself * Ensuring that all registration and "right to work" documents are in order * Updating information on payroll systems * Liaising with clients on the phone and eventually managing own clients * Proactively contacting potential clients by email/letter/phone * Writing and posting advertisements * Arranging and confirming interviews and following up outcomes * General administration duties This is a full time position, Monday to Friday usual office opening hours are 9.00 am - 5.00 pm but some flexibility regarding these hours during busy periods might be needed along with a rota of manning the office out of hours phone.
