Trainee Recruitment Consultant Chapman Recruitment have been going through an intensive growth of business in the last three years and due to an increased demand from our clients we are looking to train additional Recruiters in our business to help out in the Engineering field to place Electricians, Mechanical Fitters, project managers and other engineers into the Airport sector. The role would be mainly about building relationships with candidates, assess applications and place them into work, get feedback from clients and maintain relationships with companies. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will find suitable engineers and place them into work Post job adverts and manage applications Spend most of your time talking to people on the phone. Trainee Recruitment Consultant The role of a Junior Consultant is to help identify and screen potential staff for our current live vacancies. You will receive regular training sessions that will help you on your path to becoming a Recruitment Consultant! Responsibilities of the role: - Constant research to identify new candidates and markets. - Develop long term relationships with your existing candidate pool. - Make regular sales and canvassing calls. - Negotiate both temporary & permanent rates to maximize margin. - Source candidates through networking, placing job adverts, job boards and social media. - Provide advice to candidates on career opportunities and improve their CV for tender.
