Each Recruit is brought in on Trainee level and we offer an unrivalled training programme with one of our senior consultants from day 1, so you are in good hands. Everyone is given the same start and each has a chance to develop and progress into a future business leader. We promote from within and have been organically grown since day 1. Even our Managing Director was a Trainee once!! As well as that, you will be working in an inclusive, energetic and exciting office environment with other consultants who are all working towards the same goal - to be the best at what they do. The offices are vibrant fully loaded with hydraulic desks, flat screen TVs playing music all day, pool tables, putting greens as well daily incentives to motivate and drive activity. We also hold 2 yearly incentives for all expenses paid trips to Vegas and Skiing as well as monthly Lunch clubs and a Rolex target, all for the guys that work hard and perform well. With our average consultants earning between 28k-35k within their first year at the business with OTE of earning in the region of 50k+ by year 3 - This could be you?!
