A fantastic life-changing opportunity has arisen to join our team at ForeFront Scaffold Solutions Limited. With expansion plans for our niche Scaffold & Access recruitment division in Rotherham, you will be working on labour requirements for existing and new clients. This giving you an excellent opportunity to earn a starting salary of £19,000 PA and an un-capped bonus schedule in-place that will give you realistic OTE of £25,000 PA and rising year on year. The role: you will be training to become a Recruitment Consultant within a niche market bringing new/existing clients, successfully placing Scaffold labour with them on a day to day basis. * Developing new business with clients by cold-calling, networking and proactively finding ways to build successful relationships. * Servicing existing and new client requirements as well as trying to build strong invaluable relationships * Marketing your job adverts and personal brand to the best of your ability to raise awareness of your opportunities online. * Selling and negotiating.
