Role Information: Due to continued business growth, Vanguard Site Services have an opportunity for an individual with a genuine interest in pursuing a career within the recruitment sector. The position is for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team working in our Glasgow office. Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 (negotiable and dependent upon experience) Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (Monday – Friday) Day to day tasks will include: * Building and managing client relationships through the fulfilment of needs and expectations. * Conducting business development calls over the phone support the branch in the overall achievement of revenue targets. * Visiting both clients and temporary workers on site. * Using social media platforms like LinkedIn to promote your profile and expertise in a specialist sector.
