Trainee Recruitment Consultant – WeWork Moorgate Offices An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Sales Professionals to join both our UK and international recruitment teams based out of our Brand New London Offices in Moorgate. Along with a base salary of up to 24k (negotiable for candidates with transferable skills & experience), we also offer rapid career advancement as we operate on a meritocratic basis - over 90% of our Management have been promoted internally from starting out as Trainees. About the Role Recruitment consultants are sales people. The life of a Recruitment Consultant is challenging and requires somebody that is self-motivated, driven and resilient to handle the highs and lows of the role. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates that your clients are unable to find themselves. The primary accountability of any Recruitment Consultant will be to hit revenue and activity targets, to progress yourself onto the next stage of your career and of course qualify for some un-missable incentives along the way!
