Trainee Recruitment Consultant for Trades and Labour – Cambridge £Negotiable + Car + Uncapped Commission O'Neill & Brennan are a highly successful Construction Recruitment business with an enviable reputation and client base, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland. We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Trades and Labour division who will specialise in the recruitment of blue collar workers in the Cambridge area and capitalise on our reputation. We will provide all necessary training and mentoring for the right individual. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in at the ground-level and help build a successful team; it really is up to the individual concerned as to how far they go with the business.
