The Role: Working as part of a successful recruitment team your primary role will be to work with our Senior consultants and resource candidates for our strong client base. This will involve; Identifying candidates, Candidate management, building relationships with new and existing clients, regular site visits and conducting regular interviews to qualify all candidates. You will receive extensive one to one training and be mentored by an experienced recruitment consultant from our team. They will provide on the job training and give you a detailed view of the day to day aspects of the job. You will be provided achievable and realistic targets and be rewarded with an extremely attractive commission structure. We provide ongoing in house training in all aspects of recruitment, construction, resourcing techniques as well as commercial aspects of the role.
