Supply Desk primarily deals with day-to-day, long-term and permanent recruitment within the education marketplace, supplying qualified teachers to primary and secondary schools and also nurseries. We're looking for a trainee or experienced recruitment consultant to join our very successful and established secondary division in Hove. We have a very strong offering and an established area that needs a switched on professional, like you! Recruitment consultants provide a vital link between clients and candidates and your role includes (but is not limited to) the following roles: - Using consultative sales techniques to develop and maintain business channels with secondary schools and academies. We offer full training and a wide compliment of tools to support you - Visiting clients to build and develop relationships; supported by your branch manager - Developing a expert understanding of client, the education industry and ensure strong matches between clients and candidates - Write and posted adverts in a range of media, (for example; newspapers, websites, social media) to attract prospective candidates - Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers - Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and screening and presenting a shortlist of candidates for the client - Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client - Briefing candidates and preparing them for interview - Informing candidates about the results of their interviews - Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates - Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression and providing ongoing support and aftersales service - Working towards and exceeding targets If you have any further questions or queries, please forward your application (with an up to date CV).
