We expect all of our Consultants to take a consultative approach which involves gaining a full understanding of an employer’s business and careful gathering of requirements in order to provide the right recruitment and resourcing solutions. When it comes to jobseekers, a Consultant must understand their needs, ambitions, abilities and personality in order to successfully match them to the right jobs and companies. Recruitment Consultants have to network hard to find CVs, interview, assess and select applicants, secure opportunities and negotiate salaries. The service a recruiter provides requires a personal approach with exceptional communication skills. A Recruitment Consultant’s work involves calls made over the phone as well as face to face contact with both jobseekers and employers.
