You'll be doing this by spending a lot of the time on the phones, listening to the needs of each client and candidate alike, providing them with a solution to their recruitment difficulties. But don't worry, you'll be encouraged to get out of these four walls wherever possible to meet your contacts face to face and consolidate those business relationships you've worked so hard to build.
