Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Uncapped Commission + Fast Progression + Comprehensive Training Programme + Great Incentives OTE; Year One: £25k - £30k, Year Two: £35k-£45k, Year Three: £60k+ Education and Engineering/Manufacturing Industries SmithCorp are currently looking for determined, self motivated, resilient and competitive individuals to join one of our three office locations within the UK - Truro in Cornwall, Clifton & Portishead in Bristol and the West End of London. Due to continued growth we have fantastic opportunities for recent graduates or someone looking for a challenging career in sales. Working in a fast paced office environment you will be mentored and supported by a senior consultant who has once been in your shoes. As an organically grown company we only recruit entry level consultants. We believe in promotion from within the company meaning our managers and directors were all once a trainee too! What we need from you: • Graduate calibre individuals or those who have achieved a degree – we recruit predominately on attributes you can bring, not solely on your education • Excellent communication skills – imperative to recruitment; you are selling a service so communication and customer service skills are crucial • A positive and pro active ‘can do’ attitude • A competitive nature • Ambition to succeed • Resilience – Recruitment can offer lots of knock backs, for us, we concentrate on how best we can move forward and learn to be better at what we do. Realistically you will earn between £25-30k in your first 12 months with us – this will also include a £3k rise to your basic salary as you’re promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18 months here you should be on target to earn £40k+ and within four years, you will be earning in excess of £80k+. Many of the top consultants in the company earn a six figure salary.
