Trainee Recruitment Consultant Salary: £20 - 25k p.a. +O.T.E (35K year 1) Boutique recruitment firm are currently hiring at graduate recruitment level. They work with big blue chip firms like Tesco, Hitachi, TFL etc. helping them recruit interim professionals in the big data space (extremely large data sets that may be analysed computationally to reveal patterns, trends, and associations)This is a booming industry.What makes them unique is that all graduate recruitment consultants go through a 2 year training period - this really makes them stand out in the market. They are looking for candidates with real hunger and drive. Responsibilities as a trainee recruitment consultant: * Sourcing candidates through online platforms, such as LinkedIn or CV databases * Building relationships with existing clients and business developing new clients * Matching candidates to vacancies * Managing candidates through the interview and hiring process, as well as being a mediator in negotiations once a candidate has been offered. * Closing the deal and earning your commission!
