Working initially on a part-time basis, you could become part of a growing and leading Recruitment brand, based in our Swansea office. We can offer you ‘on the job’ training which will develop all the skills that you require to become a Recruitment Consultant. You will also be responsible for increasing brand awareness and developing sales strategies through social media, events and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be focused and creative with the ability to work in a fast paced environment in order to meet the demands of the company. You will need to be organised and have excellent communication skills. You should also have good commercial awareness and be able to use your own initiative to create ideas. Responsibilities of the role include: - Sourcing advertising opportunities - Promoting the company via social media - Arranging distribution of marketing materials - Supporting Account Managers with marketing activities - Analysing and Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities - Sourcing and registering candidates - Ensuring quality staff are placed with schools Experience Required: - Must have very strong written and oral communication skills - Must have strong customer service skills - Must be proficient in Microsoft Packages (word,excel, publisher etc) - Background/Qualification in Marketing, Sales or Business Personal Qualities: - Must be organised - Pleasant personality - Self-motivated/ driven - Able to work as part of a team - Must be flexible Company Benefits/Rewards: Individual and team rewards Reduced hours in school holidays Dress down days This position is part time (2/3 days a week), with the option of becoming full time on successful completion of probation period
