You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life-cycle, right from sourcing the candidate, interviewing and successfully placing them in the role. We work in vertical markets here at SmithCorp, meaning you are assigned your own geographical location within the UK and will become a specialist in your field, having ownership over your desk ensures you have your own client/candidate base to build & maintain as much business as possible. Earning Potential There are little opportunities around that offer the chance to ‘earn & learn’ – SmithCorp are offering you that + more! There are few industries that you can come in as a trainee and earn £25k+ in your first year with a platform to build on that year on year. Realistic, average earnings of consultants who work at SmithCorp are £23k-£30k in year one which will also include a £3k rise to your basic salary as you’re promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18-24 months here, you should be on target to earn £40k+, by which point you should be on the pathway to mentoring/managing, by year 4+ you could be earning in excess of £65k+ and on a pathway to an operational role as a Director! The Person * Degree educated (2:1 or above) or a strong background in sales with a good academic background/sporting achievements *Wanting to work in a fast paced, competitive, sales environment *Able to work well under pressure, resilient & who are target driven * Have a clear set of personal goals and ambitious to achieve them with hard work *Self motivation and a high desire to achieve *Sociable & outgoing!
