We are a leading Recruitment provider of interim management, consultancy and recruitment services, are seeking highly-motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join the team. The role will be to provide support to our growing sales team and you will ideally have the necessary skills and ability needed to grow in to a recruitment consultant. The ideal candidate will be hungry, have a real passion and drive to grow and develop your recruitment knowledge to progress in to a consultant. To be able to demonstrate the below - Sales Support Job Purpose: ? Service key accounts by resourcing candidates for client vacancies to maximise sales ? Submit candidates via online portals to job vacancies, ensuring the correct documentation is in place ? Pro-actively research resourcing methods to ensure a continuous wide pool of candidates ? To assist with the co-ordination and delivery of client recruitment events either internally or on client site Sales Support Role: Candidates ? First point of contact for contractors dealing with any queries that arise ? Demonstrate ability to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders ? Organising and attending regular onsite visits ? Referencing & eligibility checks ? Registration and interviewing of new candidates ? Job Matching and Searching for suitable vacancies for candidates ? Offering excellent customer care by being attentive, efficient and responsive in all dealings Resourcing ? Actively seek and work all vacancies within your designated sector ? Fill jobs ? Ensure all vacancies are logged on our database in accordance with internal procedures ? Ensure all vacancies are advertised through all resources available ? Establish daily availability lists and constantly resource new candidates ? Interview face to face, register and check candidates in line with internal procedures ? Work with the team, Consultants, Managers and Directors to assist in the resourcing of candidates ? Match and assess candidates for contract and permanent vacancies ? To proactively research and seek new candidate generation streams ? To be methodical in your approach to ensure all candidate generation streams are undertaken as part of our candidate search requirements ? Work with compliance to ensure that references and eligibility documentation is in place prior to placing suitable candidates and in line with requirements as set out by clients/client contracts. ? Understanding and adherence to Employment Legislation, Equal Opportunities Policy and all Group policies and procedures Performance ? You will be expected to be self-motivated and maintain a positive and resilient attitude in your role ? You will be expected to act at all times in the interests of the Group, thereby taking on any function or request as required from time to time in support of Group aims ? You will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality with regards to organisationally and commercially sensitive information both internally and externally.
