Prior experience in recruitment is not required, just the drive and motivation to succeed! Interviews are taking place over the next two weeks with an ideal start date of 2nd May. Trainee Recruitment Consultant Profile: * Previous sales experience really is essential! * B2B sales * Telesales * Business Development * Money motivated and career driven * Proactive attitude * Driven and ambitious * Strong communication skills Responsibilities: * High volume outbound B2B calls * Selling recruitment services to clients * Placing candidates in permanent roles * Building pipeline * Working to sales targets * Using questioning skills to understand customer requirements * Deliver high levels of customer service * Building lasting client relationships, defining what it is they need and how you are best placed to grow their business, first time, every time * Getting to know your candidates, working with them to tailor their search for employment * Keeping in the know. The recruitment market changes daily and you will be a specialist within the medical recruitment market This role is open to receiving applications over the next week. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin a two stage interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process.
