This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an Entrepreneurial mind-set to grow their own desk within a growing Recruitment company. Role Description: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained and develop experience to manage a growing desk consisting of new, existing clients and an ever growing pool of candidates. Your main duties will include: - Conducting telephone screening with potential candidates on a daily basis. - Ensuring all candidates interviewed are interviewed in-depth using competency based techniques. - Preparing candidate CV`s to ensure these are well presented to our clients. - Working towards KPI`s set by your Line manager on a week by week basis. - Searching for candidate using multiple job boards allocated to you. - Using professional networking strategies to generate more specific pool of candidates. - Arranging interviews for all of your candidates on a daily basis. - Creating job adverts and advertising all live vacancies to ensure you are attracting the right pool of candidates. - Tracking all live jobs on a frequent basis and refreshing all advertising to further develop a pool of candidates. - Working closely with the consultants on the live vacancies they have available. - Proven experience and consistent track record in winning new business. Via Business development, Lead generation and Professional networking. - This is a target driven environment so you must have experience of working towards weekly/monthly sales targets. - Account Management - Managing various active, warm and new accounts to always keep business repetitive.
